Unlike traditional MSP agreements, where MP Technology works directly with your employees, our Co-Managed IT plans have us reporting directly to your IT team.
Our offerings extend beyond enterprise monitoring tools for proactive and responsive analysis and support. We also provide valuable assistance with special projects like server and network upgrades, as well as technology consulting. All of this is done while remaining discreet to your end users, ensuring your IT team remains the first point of contact for a seamless user experience.
Offerings
Our Managed Service offering includes:
- Continuous remote workstation access facilitated by MP Technology.
- Automated Microsoft patch management to keep your systems up-to-date.
- Managed antivirus software with regular definition updates to ensure your network’s security.
- Proactive network and server monitoring for swift issue resolution.
For specialized services, please note the following:
- Remote support is billed per hour, in 15-minute increments.
- Project planning and consulting services are billed hourly.
- Onboarding fees may apply based on the device type and specific requirements.

Our Managed Backup services include:
- Establishment of an Encrypted Vault to securely store all your data.
- Comprehensive Full System Backups along with Daily Differential Backups.
- Generous 100GB of Backup Data Storage per workstation.
- Robust 500GB of Backup Data Storage per server.
- Optionally, you can add Local Backup Storage to expedite recovery processes.
Please note that Data Restoration is not covered under our Managed Backup services. If Data Restoration becomes necessary, standard billing rates will apply.
